Charles McCaul, having moved to Cambodia together with his family in 1995 from the US, has been planting churches and actively raising leaders in Phnom Penh. His focus is to build strong churches that will positively influence every level of society. He is now serving as campus pastor at New Life Fellowship and teaching at Cambodia Leadership institute which he founded. He is a spiritual father and mentor to many in Cambodia with the vision of planting city churches.
