Dr. Doug Kelly
Ps Doug Kelley was born in Montana and is a pastor, author, and apostolic leader with a rich background in law, ministry, business, and public service. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in History/Political Science and a Juris Doctorate, he served as a county attorney and practiced law before entering full-time ministry. Ps Doug has pastored, planted churches, and provided apostolic oversight to ministries in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the Philippines.
He is the founding pastor of Open Arms Christian Center and the founder of the House of Hope in Los Angeles, serving the lost and broken through recovery and discipleship. A prolific author of more than a dozen books and devotionals, including “Are You Too Stressed to Be Blessed?” and “The Unstoppable Church”. He is married to Catherine E. Dean and is blessed with four children and thirteen grandchildren.
